Ty Valkanas is a former US Navy SEAL. After an 11 year career in the SEAL Teams, Ty decided to make a career change for his family. He became a Police Officer, and quickly realized the cop job was not going to give him the time he wanted with his family. 

Ty started his own business investing in real estate and after a relatively short period of time was able to resign the cop job and run his business full time. As a full time business owner, he made his own hours and made enough money to begin to diversify into other businesses. 

Now with over 20 years of business and investing experience, Ty has started, bought, sold, or currently holds a majority interest in multiple different businesses and real estate investment and development projects in both residential and commercial properties.
